I'm not able to get any options to select one of the plans offered. I know there are 3 bill pay options, but there isn't any way that I can find to make that selection.

Hello there, cgilliam-afcurge.

I'll add some steps to help set up bill pay and choose a plan accordingly.

In QuickBooks Online, you can set up online payment to subscribe to QuickBooks Bill Pay. Let me guide you on how.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company file.
  2. Choose Expenses, then Bills.
  3. Either select an existing bill or create a new one.
  4. Pick Schedule Payment or Save and Schedule Payment.
  5. You'll be routed to the different bill pay plans available.
  6. Determine which plan is right for you.
  7. Select Choose plan.

However, the service is not yet available at your end if you encounter a message or notification stating that a new approach to paying bills is coming soon.

In the meantime, proceed to Melio.com and utilize the Intuit login option. From there, pull up the bill from your vendor and schedule a payment.

In addition, you can review this material for more information about the payment service to have a guide on managing your bills and subscription: Learn about QuickBooks Bill Pay.

On the other hand, consider scanning this article when you need to add a purchase order as a line item of a bill to clear the original entry and keep your record accurate: Add purchase orders to expenses, bills, or checks in QuickBooks Online.
