Question

Has anyone been frustrated with new changes. I cannot add a payment - credit to a customer's account. It kicks me out and asks for a bill/invoice to match it.

We have many clients who pay their bills prior to billing. We bill at months end. Since QB made changes - which do not work for us - I cannot credit them with attaching to an invoice. Very annoyed.

Yes, lots of users are frustrated.  Intuit both intentionally removed quite a few features/capabilities, and broke many more, probably unintentionally.
