Has anyone experienced issues with opening invoices for editing? I am getting "We're sorry, we can't find the page you requested."

I have created the invoices some weeks back and am trying to finalize them today but can't edit/duplicate or else, just getting above message.

I understand the advantage of having a seamless process when editing and duplicating invoices, @jan90. I'm here to help you get this resolved.

To fix the error you've encountered, let's open your QuickBooks account in a private window to rule out any browser-related issues. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl+ Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

If you can duplicate and edit an invoice, return to your regular browser and clear your cache. Occasionally, the accumulated cache and cookies in the system can become outdated or corrupted, leading to unexpected behaviors. You can also switch to other installed supported browsers, which is a good alternative.

Moreover, if you've received a payment from your customer, you can record it in QuickBooks to mark the invoice as paid
