Having issues when trying to enter an Expense. On the dropdown%2C I cannot see my product%2Fservice list

When entering an Expense, I cannot see my product/service list. Instead I get a list that I use on my Invoices.

What can I do?

When creating an expense, your PRODUCT/SERVICE drop-down field column can be found in the Item Details area.

 

Here's how it's located and used:
 

  1. While entering an expense, click ▼ Item details.
  2. Move your cursor over the field for your PRODUCT/SERVICE column. You'll see a Drop-Down Arrow (▼) displayed.
  3. Click the Drop-Down Arrow (▼).
  4. Choose a product or service. You can do this for each necessary line item.
  5. Enter any other necessary information for your expense.
  6. Select Save and close.
