Hello, Can I change the category of a expense, specifically in a split expense?

Yes, you can, blkcaribou.

If it's from the Banking page, locate the transaction. From there, you can change the category from the Category drop-down menu. 

If it's from within the Expense transaction, you can add/update the category from the Category details drop-down menu.
