Hello there, Anopros21.

Since you're new to QuickBooks Payments, we'll deposit your first set of payments within five business days. This initial deposit might take longer as we set up your account. Once the setup process is complete, future customer payments will be deposited more promptly.

Deposit speeds also depend on the product you're using and the type of payment. Here's how to check:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  2. Click the Payments tab.
  3. Review the Deposit Speed section.

Refer to this article to learn more: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.

Additionally, you can personalize your sales forms in QBO by utilizing the tools available in the program. Doing so allows you to create professional designs for your invoices and include information relevant to your business needs.

If you have other questions concerning payment deposits, please don't hesitate to return to the Community. We're always here to address your queries. Stay safe, and have a nice day ahead.
