Question

Hello, deposits on my bank statement still has description of old business name when a payment is received. I've changed the name on intuit profile a long, what next?

Thus, to verify changes are applied, we recommend reviewing your QuickBooks Payment account profile and checking that all company details are updated. This will ensure that the information about your company name on your bank statements is accurate. To do this:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Payments account.
  2. From the menu, select Account and click Account Profile.
  3. Under the Account Self-Serive section, click Edit Business Info, Deposit Bank Account.
  4. Then, go to the Account Holder/Business Information section and select Edit.
  5. Change your business information and click Submit.

The business name and information was updated this same way months ago still no result. No the problem has not been solved of the bank statement still shows the old name.
