Hello, four of my invoices have been “paid” but when I go and take a look through my bank the amount is not there, perhaps any fixes for that?

Allow me to share some information about why your invoice payments weren't in your bank account. 

 

Based on your statement that the invoices have been marked as paid yet the payments haven't been received in your bank account, the invoice payments may have been reviewed by QuickBooks. This review is conducted to ensure the overall security and reliability of the financial information. 

 

For new QuickBooks Payments users, the first few payments take longer to process while QuickBooks sets everything up. This might take 4-7 days to review and if payments are taking longer than usual, they may not be on hold. If this happens, I recommend contacting our support to check with our payment representatives.

In addition, you can record invoice payments when a customer pays an invoice to balance your accounts.
