Glad to see you here, niurcam27. Thanks for pointing out your concern about which account and when your deposits go to your bank account. I'm here to provide some details to help you complete the process flawlessly and quickly.

Concerning which account your invoice payments go to, you can review what you've set up from your Accounts and Settings in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and then select Account and settings.
  2. Choose the Payments tab.
  3. Review the Deposit accounts.

Furthermore, if it's your first time processing a payment, we'll typically deposit the funds within 5 business days. The lead time may take longer since we're still setting up your account. Rest assured, we will deposit the payments much faster once the process is completed. You can check your deposit speed at QBO or the Merchant Service Center. Here's how to check your current deposit speed:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
  2. Choose the Payments tab.
  3. Review the Deposit Speed section.
