Hello I received a payment from one of my invoices and idk where that money is its not in my qb checking account or my account where do I find this money so I can transfe

Greetings! Thank you for taking the time to post your concern in the Community. We appreciate your query regarding the delay in receiving payment from your invoices, and I'd be delighted to help you deposit it into your QuickBooks checking account.

 

For new users, we will process and deposit your initial set of payments within five business days. The deposit speed would vary depending on the specific service you are using and the type of payment involved. Standard deposits are processed daily except for Sundays, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Moreover, instant deposits are processed every day of the year without any exceptions.

 

In the meantime, I suggest checking your deposit speed from QuickBooks Online. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Payments tab.
  3. Review the Deposit Speed section.

 

Payments processed before 3 PM PT will be deposited on the next business day. However, if payments are processed after 3 PM PT, they will take two business days to be deposited. You can conveniently check the status of all processed payments by following the steps below in the Merchant Service Center:

 

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. From the homepage, select Activities & Reports and then Deposits.
  3. Select the date range in the Dates field.
  4. Select Search.
