Hello, I try to import invoices into QBO and get an error saying Sales Tax isn't supported yet. Anyone have suggestions to get invoices into QBO?

Importing invoices into QuickBooks Online with sales tax turned on has yet to be available. You can turn off sales tax, but only if there are no transactions with tax. Always ensure you fully understand the impact of turning off sales tax before proceeding.

Moreover, you can use third-party app options that support importing invoices with sales tax in QuickBooks Online.

While this feature isn't supported yet, I recommend sending feedback directly to our product engineers.

Here's how:

1. Select the Gear icon and choose Feedback.
2. Fill in your suggestions in the Feedback field.
3. Select Next to send it.

Aside from importing invoices, QuickBooks Online also allows you to import and categorize bank transactions for easy reconciliation.
