Hello, I wanted to ask. When I initially created the account, I entered the wrong email address. It doesn’t exist. Is it possible to fix this somehow?

Yes, you can edit your email address in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'll be happy to guide you through the steps.

 

  1. From the app dashboard in QBO, select Settings and click Manage your Intuit Account.
  2. In the Intuit Account Manager, hit Sign-in & security.
  3. Choose the Email address section.
  4. Make your changes.
  5. When done, click Save.

 

Please note that if you changed your email address, ensure to also update your email address in the Company settings of QuickBooks Online. This ensures your customers see the correct contact info for your company on sales forms.
