Hello, we are looking for a CRM that will integrate with QuickBooks online. Ideally the system would automatically update as invoices are paid. Any suggestions?

I strongly advise against connecting any CRM to QuickBooks Online. We are currently facing a major issue due to this integration. Apparently, QuickBooks updated their API, causing significant disruptions. We invoice approximately $6,000 to $7,000 daily, and since the update, we've been scrambling to resolve numerous errors and balancing issues between the two systems. Ultimately, we had to disconnect our CRM from QuickBooks, and now we’re looking at spending the next week manually correcting data in both programs. This entire process has already consumed over 60 hours, filled with workarounds and fixes. It's beyond frustrating that this situation is happening.

InfusionSoft will do that but know beforehand - It's one heck of a system - Once you can wrap your mind around it, it's amazing.....but on another level.
