Hello, when I send a contractor invite for the employee to complete the W9 and personal info, none of them are getting the invite.

For your employee to receive the invite successfully, there are a few things we need to remember:

 

  • Make sure to tell your employee to check their Spam messages.
  • Double-check if the email address is correct. Update it if needed.
  • Resend the invite again.
