Hi all,I can't find settings to enable text message invoices in QBO. Can someone guide me? Also, does it offer email + text, or print options?

Thanks for bringing your question forward here in the Community. I'm happy to show you how to send invoices via text message through QuickBooks Online.

This option is available and can be be put to use by selecting "Save and share link" upon creating an invoice (located in the bottom right corner of the screen). Here's how:

1. Go to Sales, then Customers.
2. Select the customer's name on the list.
3. Find and open the invoice.
4. From the Invoice page, click the drop-down arrow next to Save and close.
5. Choose Save and share link.
6. Click the Copy link button then paste and send it via text or any other messaging platform.

If you're using the new invoice layout you can still send invoices through text by choosing the Share link button. After texting the link to your customer, you'll also want to select Save and send on the same invoice to email it as well. Lastly, you can print invoices by selecting Print or preview in the very bottom middle of the invoice page. At this time, each action previously mentioned would need to be done for each invoice to text, email, and/or print the form for your customers.
