Hi all of a sudden I don’t see all of my categories when I go to receipt snap I don’t find cost of good sold anymore

We've received similar reports of users experiencing issues with categories causing crashes on the banking page of the QBO app specific to iOS devices.

 

If you're using an iOS device, I suggest contacting our Support Team so they can add you to the list of affected users and keep you updated on the progress via email. Rest assured that our Product Development team is committed to resolving this issue.

 

Here's how you can reach them:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Click on Help (?) at the upper right corner of your screen.
  3. Click on Search, then select Contact Us.
  4. Select a topic to connect with our expert.
  5. Choose a way to contact us:
  • Via a Callback, where they save you a spot and call you back.
  • Via Chat, start a chat with our support.

 

As a workaround, you can access your QBO account through a web browser instead of using the mobile app to review receipts.

 

However, if you're using an Android device, we can perform some steps to clear up storage space without removing your app's documents and refresh its data.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open your QBO App.
  2. Go to Menu ☰, then click More Options.
  3. Select Settings, then Refresh Data.
  4. Click Yes to confirm.

 

Then, let's uninstall and reinstall your QBO mobile app.
