Hi , does anyone know where i can find my expenses itemized for download in an excel sheet

Thank you for reaching out to the Community, haruerl. I can help you out with where to find your expense list and export them to Excel.

 

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can export your reports and transaction data to Excel, allowing you to use the data outside QuickBooks.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Search and select the report name as Transaction List by Date.
  3. Click switch to classic view.
  4. Select a Report period for the year.
  5. For Group By, select Vendor.
  6. Select Run Report.
  7. At the top of the report, click the Export icon. Then, select Export to Excel.
  8. Save the file somewhere you can easily find, like your Downloads folder or desktop.

 

If you have the Modern View, click the Export/Print dropdown. Then, select Export to Excel.

Furthermore, you can memorize the Transaction List by Date report so that you won't have to do the customization process again.
