Thank you for reaching out, marcus-aiworkerz. Allow me to provide some guidance regarding your concern about managing currencies in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

QBO utilizes exchange rates when generating reports. It converts foreign currency amounts to your home currency values, ensuring that all transactions are included in your reports. This provides you with a comprehensive view of your business performance, regardless of the currencies involved.

Check out this article for more detailed information on how exchange rates function in QBO: Learn About Exchange Rates In QuickBooks Online.

Currently, there is no option to remove the exchange rate and USD value if the invoice was created in a different currency.

However, you can submit feedback regarding the ability to remove certain currency details when creating invoices in QBO. Providing feedback allows Intuit to gather insights from users like yourself and potentially implement requested enhancements in future updates to improve the QBO experience.

Here's an article explaining how to submit feature requests and suggestions: How Do I Submit Feedback?

I'd also like to provide these articles for additional guidance and references when dealing with multiple currencies in QuickBooks Online:
