Solved

Hi. I know how to bulk CHANGE Class on many transactions, but how can I bulk REMOVE Class on many transactions? Effectively making the Class field blank in bulk. Thanks!

Or, said another way, making the Class field "blank" for many transactions at once.

Bulk removing classes in your transactions is a great functionality, finance.

As of now, this feature isn't available in QuickBooks Online (QBO). As a workaround, I recommend manually removing the class for each transaction.

I can see how this functionality would be beneficial to your business. I encourage sending a feature request directly to our Product Development team. It helps us improve the features of the program. I'll show you how:

  1. Go to the Gear menu and then select Feedback.
  2. Type in your feature request in the description box.
  3. Once done, click on Next.

I'm all ears if you have other feature concerns or questions about managing transactions in QBO. You can drop a comment below, and I'll gladly help. Keep safe!

Thank you for your quick reply! I just submitted the feedback as you directed. Unfortunately, manually removing/deleting the Class field from the transactions would take too long (there are hundreds of them, if not thousands). Thanks again.
