Hi, is there something wrong with QB mobile? I am unable to convert from estimate to invoice on my phone!

Hey ozarktnl!

 

Thank you for connecting with the QuickBooks Community! I have checked our status page and do not see any reported incidents. However, let's go ahead and do some troubleshooting steps to get this resolved. First, let's refresh the app by following the steps below:

 

  • Android: From More Options ⋮, select Settings and click Refresh Data. Then, choose Yes.
    iOS: From the Menu ☰, click Help & Feedback and select Refresh Data. Then, click Refresh.

 

 If the issue persists, the second solution would be to check your device settings by clearing some data. Follow the steps below:

 

  • Android -From your phone's settings, select Apps and choose the QuickBooks app from the list, and select Storage. Then tap Clear data.
  • iOS - From your phone's settings, select Settings, click on General, and choose iPhone Storage. Select an app that's taking up a lot of space. To free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, select Offload App.

 

The third solution would be to delete and reinstall the app. Here's how: 

 

  1. Tap and hold QuickBooks Online on your phone.
  2. Drag the app to the Uninstall section.
  3. Press Yes to confirm.
  4. Reinstall the app.
