Hi When I make invoices and at the top of the invoice, I add a name and now the name is always at the bottom of the list there is no way to keep it up really annoying

Let's ensure you can view the customer name you added an invoice transaction at the top of your invoice lists.

To see the latest invoice transaction created in the list, you can customize the Status and Date to specify the list. Moreover, each column title is clickable to sort by Date, No. Customer/Project, Amount, or Status.

Here's how:

1. Go to Sales, then Invoices.
2. Click the Status dropdown icon to pick one. Then, Date to customize it.
3. If you want to sort the transactions from latest to oldest, hover the cursor to the Date column and click it. Ensure that the arrow is going down beside the Date.
