Is there a way to hide subaccounts in reports?

Hiding subaccounts is possible depending on the kind of report you run, @afathersplaceceo. If you run the Account List report, we'll need to manually select the main account by filtering it. I'll share the full details below.

 

In the Filter section in the report, select how you want to show your data in the three provided fields. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Filter section in the Account List report.
  2. Click the first field and select Account.
  3.  Pick Equals in the second one.
  4.  in the last field, choose the main accounts you want to show in the report.

I wasn't clear enough in my intial post.  I am saving reports with the subaccounts hidden.  Whenever I utilize management reports it expands them.  I was looking for a way to have the subaccounts remain hidden in management reports.

Hi,

 

Do you just need to hide the sub accounts?  You can use the collapse feature.

I wasn't clear enough in my intial post.  I am saving reports with the subaccounts hidden.  Whenever I utilize management reports it expands them.  I was looking for a way to have the subaccounts remain hidden in management reports.  I apologize about my lack of clarity.
