I appreciate you reaching out to us about this concern, consulting-17gra

Understanding the need to streamline your invoicing process by offering PayPal as a payment option, let's see how you can turn on the PayPal payment option for your invoicing workflow.

To accept PayPal payments through QuickBooks, you'll need to sign up for QuickBooks Payments account. Once approved, you can add PayPal as a payment option to your invoices. Here are the steps you can follow:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Gear ⚙ icon, then click on Accounts and Settings.
  3. Hit Sales, then select Accept PayPal to make PayPal available for all new sales transactions.

When customers open your email, they'll be able to pay the invoice using PayPal. For more information about payment processing with PayPal, you can check out this link: Use PayPal and Venmo with QuickBooks Online.

I've added this article as a reference in case you need to run customer-specific reports: Common custom reports in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if you have questions or concerns about processing payments and invoices. I'll be glad to assist.
