In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the ability to let the customers enter their shipping address after getting an invoice is currently unavailable. You need to add it to their profile manually as a workaround.
Here's how:
- In QBO, go to the Sales menu at the left pane to get to the Customers page.
- Tick the customer's name to open their details, then click the Edit option at the top right.
- Under the Shipping address section, enter the customer's shipping address.
- Hit Save.
