Question

How can I add a second email address to which the estimate acceptance notice is sent?

I've been told that I cannot disable estimate-acceptance feature.
Currently, the notice only goes to the owner, who is not checking email on a regular basis.  We need to see these notices as soon as estimate is accepted.

Good day, Carey.

Allow me to guide you in adding a second email so you'll be notified once the estimate is accepted by your customer.

The second email can be added to the company Contact info and Messages in the Account and Settings section. Here's how:

  1. Click the Setting tab, and select Account and Settings from the Your Company column.

  2. In the Company section, click the Pencil icon in the Contact Info field.

  3. Ensure that the Same as company email box is unchecked beside the customer-facing email.

  4. In the blank field provided beside the Customer-facing email, enter the second email. Then, Save.

  5. After that, hover your mouse over the Sales section.

  6. Go to the Messages tab.

  7. Type in the email in the Copy (Cc) new invoices to address and Blind Copy (BCC) new invoices to address.

  8. Once done, tap Save. Then, Done.
