How can I automatically create a bill whenever I make an invoice

Hello, @1on1solution. I'll provide some information about bills and invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The option to automatically generate a bill when creating invoices isn't possible since these are two distinct process. Bills can only be created manually. Here's how:

1. Click on the + New button.
2. Choose Bill from the options.
3. Pick a vendor from the drop-down menu.
4. Select the Terms of the bill from the drop-down menu.
5. Provide the Bill date, Due date, and Bill no.
6. Input the details of the bill in the Category details section.
7. Select Save and close.
