How can i change the email for a contractor if their old email is no longer valid?

I'll show you the two ways to update your contractor's email address. You can do it in your QuickBooks Online account. However, if their email address was added through an invitation, you can change it to https://accounts.intuit.com. Follow the steps below.

To update your QBO account:

1. Go to the Workers or Payroll menu and proceed to the Contractors tab.
2. Click on the name of the contractor you want to update.
3. From the Details section, hover your mouse to the Personal Details field.
4. Change your contractor's email address.

Here's how to update it on the Intuit account page:

1. Go to https://accounts.intuit.com/ and proceed to the Sign In & Security part.
2. Click the Edit link beside the Email address.
3. Update the email address.
4. Select the Save button once you're done.
