How can I complete batch invoices when I keep getting the system administrator was working at the same time error?

I am trying to complete a batch of invoices, and I have no errors but when I save and send, it will process only 1-3 and then I get an error on the rest about the system administrator working at the same time and my job wasn't saved.

Thanks for raising your concern here about your batch invoice that keeps on getting error, Heidi.

 

Currently, there's an ongoing investigation (INV-111260) about the error "system administrator was working at the same time" and the reason why you're unable to save and send batch invoices.

 

I recommend contacting QuickBooks Online (QBO) Care Team to add you to the list of affected users. Once update is available, we'll send it via email. Also, to learn what workaround you can do while waiting for the investigation update. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Select Search tab and enter a brief description of your issue. Then, press Enter in your keyboard.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4.  Pick Chat or Have us call you to connect with us.
