How can I confirm that the refund is on its way back to the customer and how long it will take?

refund sent to customer 7 days ago, have a refund receipt but no confirmation of funds being moved (selected QuickBooks account as refund option) and customer asking when they will receive it

I can see how significant it is for you to know the specific timeframe of the refund to be processed quickly.

 

Since the refund is still not processed, I recommend getting in touch with our QuickBooks Support Team. It's the best we can do given that they have all the resources to look into this further.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click the Help button at the top right corner.
  3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief discussion of your concern, then click Continue.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us. You can either choose Chat with us or Have us call you.

 

In the meantime, you can wait for it as refund can't take any longer.
