Question

How can I confirm whether or not I emailed an estimate? When I go to the estimate all it tells me is the dates it was edited. It doesn't tell the date it was sent.

Hi Eric,

 

Simply review the estimate transaction to verify the presence of a "Last Delivery" remark, indicating whether the estimate was sent or not. Please check out the accompanying image for reference.

Thank you so much for your quick reply. I do see that the information is available if I'm using my laptop. Generally I'm creating and sending estimates from my phone using the mobile app. I don't see any way to confirm that I sent an estimate using the mobile app. 

 

If I scroll to the bottom of my estimate under activity it does not show that I sent estimate. But on my laptop it does confirm that I sent it. Any ideas of where else I can look in the mobile app?

Hello there, @fixphx. Let me share some information regarding the status of your estimate.

 

The option to confirm whether you've sent your estimates is only available to the new estimate layout. Only the edited or added status will be shown on the old layout. No worries. We're in the process of rolling out the new layout and would appreciate your patience in this. 

 

As a workaround, I recommend logging in to your mobile browser to confirm if you have sent the estimates you've created.

 

After the estimate is approved by your customer, you can now receive the invoice payment within your device.
