Displaying both your lockbox and regular business addresses on sales forms (i.e., invoices and estimates) using QuickBooks Online (QBO) is my priority, @AnitaBrett. I'm here to show you how.
You can either edit your current invoice and estimate (default) templates or import new ones to display both your lockbox and regular business addresses.
If you'll want to edit your current invoice and estimate (default) templates, you can add your lockbox address details through the Message on invoice field. To do this, edit your template from the Custom form styles page. Then, go to the Content tab's Footer section to add the lockbox address in the Message on invoice field. Please see the screenshot below for your reference.
If you opt to import and design custom form styles for your invoices or estimates that already include both your lockbox and regular business addresses, please refer to this article for the step-by-step guide: Import custom form styles for invoices or estimates.
In keeping with this, we’re giving estimates and invoices a makeover. To find out how the new sales forms can help you land jobs, keep work moving, and get paid faster, you can check out this article: See what’s new with estimates and invoices in QuickBooks Online.
Please keep me posted on how it goes. Let me know in the comments if you have other concerns about customizing sales forms like invoices and estimates in QBO. I'm always around to help. Take care always, @AnitaBrett.
