How can I edit an invoice after it has been paid. In the invoice I have a product/service marked as COGS. I need to change the product to just supply/expense.

Editing your products and services information is easy, If you want to edit information on the invoice, you can just click the Edit button on the invoice.


But to make sure we're on the same page, are you trying to change the product's name so it shows the specific product on the invoice? Or the expense account of the product on the Products and services page so it shows up as COGS?

If you want to change the product's name, simply go to the Products and services page and find the product. Then click Edit and update the name of the product. I've added this screenshot for reference:

However, if you want to change the  Expense account, you can click the drop-down arrow to choose a specific account that you want to assign. See below:
