Welcome to the Community, @-adaptiveroofing.

I understand the importance of exporting a statement that includes the total amount paid and the sales tax in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let me share an insight about this feature you want to have in your QuickBooks account.

Currently, the feature to see the sales tax upon exporting a statement is unavailable. For now, I recommend sending feedback. Rest assured that our product developers are always open to suggestions to improve our products and can meet our customers’ business needs.

Here's how:

  1. At the upper right corner, click the Gear icon.
  2. Under the Profile, select Feedback.
  3. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  4. Then, select Next to submit a feedback.

You can also check this to track your request: Customer Feedback for QuickBooks Online.

I'll also add this article to learn more about customer statements and how to create a Balance Forward, Open Item, and Transaction Statements: Create and send customer statements in QBO.

Don't hesitate to leave a comment below. If you have follow-up questions about exporting a statement or other QBO-related concerns. I will answer them in any possible way.
