How can i get an extract of Vendors list with tax id numbers

Thank you for posting your concern here in the Community, Rita. 

 

You can extract or pull up your vendors' tax IDs by customizing the Vendor Contact List. I can show you how.

 

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Type and click Vendor Contact List in the search field.
  3. On the report page, click the Gear icon, then check Tax ID.
  4. Click anywhere on the page to save the change.
  5. Proceed in exporting the Vendor list by clicking the icon on the left side of the Gear icon.
