I'd be glad to assist you with the steps to set up email notifications for customer payments.

 

To receive notifications for paid invoices, let's enable your QuickBooks Payments preferences. Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to https://merchantcenter.intuit.com.
  2. Go to the Account menu at the top.
  3. Select Settings & Alerts.
  4. In the Email Alerts section, choose Yes for each notification you'd like to receive.
    • To get emailed each month when your payment statement is available, choose Yes for Receive Statement Notification.
    • To get emailed each time funds are deposited to your account, choose Yes for Receive Credit Card Deposit Notification.
  5. Enter the email address where you'd like to receive this notifications
  6. Click on Save Changes.
