How can I get employee names to appear next to time charges on invoices?

Ever since QB "upgraded" their invoice system, invoices no longer show employee names associated with time charges -- just commas where the names should be.  Clearly, a bug -- anyone know how to fix?

I want to ensure you can have your employee names appear on the invoice, Laurie.

 

Currently, there's an emerging issue with QuickBooks Online about employee names not showing up on the invoice using the new invoice experience. And our Engineering team are actively working to fix this for you. To receive live updates about the status of the investigation, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team, so they'll add you to the list of affected users. 

 

To reach them, click the ? Help button at the top-right corner and select Contact Us to talk with a live agent. Ensure to review their support hours to know when agents are available.

This is not happening with the new invoice system. It is a fundamental issue and I am shocked at how terrible QuickBooks is at addressing it. T

 

he employee name is not appearing next to charges on invoices. Sub-clients of a parent client are also not being listed on invoices (instead, it just bunches together all time entries across all matters for a client). These two issues render QuickBooks truly incapable to creating invoices

 

Additionally, on the annoyance front, the ability to add time entries for a prior month or select time frame is gone and replaced with "All" or "past 30 days"...which is not ideal for a monthly invoicing schedule.

 

These are embarrassing "bugs" to have and if they are not solved within days I would imagine many customers will be leaving.
