Hello there, Aboo38473yw. It's great to have you here in the Community!

Could you clarify where the customer message appears on the invoice? There are two ways to send messages to customers; using invoice notes and email messages helps avoid manual entry.

If this is what you mean, here are the steps to follow:

  1. Go to the Gear Icon, and select the Custom form styles.
  2. Click the Content and scroll down. Tap the third box.
  3. Next, you can see the Message to customer on.
  4. You can now enter your customer's message.
  5. Hit done.
  6. Once done, check the invoice.

Alternatively, you can modify the message sent to customers in the email.

Here's how by the following:

  1. Go to the Gear Icon, and select the Custom form styles.
  2. Click the Emails.
  3. Next, you can see the Message to customer on.
  4. You can now enter your customer's message.
  5. Hit done.

Additionally, you can also customize other features in QuickBooks, such as sales forms. For guidance, you can check this article: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Furthermore, you can receive and record invoice payments, including full and partial payments, as well as edit or delete these payments check this article: Record invoice payments.
