In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can generate a report of all your customers and their contact information by running a Customer Contact List. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. In the Find report by name dropdown, type Customer Contact List.
  3. To export the report to Excel, you can click the Export/Print button in the upper right corner.
