The description box on my estimates has suddenly gotten so very small.  How can I enlarge this?

Good morning, @alanwirth-verizo.

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the QuickBooks Community. I hope you're having a great day so far.

You can edit the Labels and Widths to a size you see fit. I'm including some steps to walk you through the process below.

  1. Click on the Gear Icon
  2. Choose Custom Form Styles
  3. Select the Estimate form you wish to edit, or create a new one.
  4. Click on the Content tab, then tap on the middle section of the form preview.
  5. Select the Edit labels and widths option.

  6. Make adjustments by dragging the number bar. Please note the preset width of the description box is set to 30. If you want the box longer, you'll need to adjust the other labels to a smaller fit.
  7. Tap on Done to save your changes.

That's all there is to it. For more information about this process, check out: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online

Don't hesitate to let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns. I'm always around to lend a hand. Take care!
