Question

How can I make recurring transactions screen stop returning to dashboard after only items edited? I need to edit multiple items same access.

Should have noted problem occurs after two edits, then pops back to dashboard. Back to Recurring list, same limit, then back to dashboard

    I understand this was challenging for you, @osfsr. You have me on your back to solve this issue you encounter while managing your invoices in QuickBooks Online.

     

    We can use an incognito window and sign into your account there. If this option works, we can clear the cache from your regular browser.

     

    Here are the shortcuts to incognito browsers:

     

    • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Firefox: press: Shift + CTRL + P

     

    Furthermore, the cache can hamper and affect the functionality of QuickBooks and result in missing tabs and features, thus, clearing the cache to reduce issues that occur when using QuickBooks.

    As usual, Intuit blames the browser cache.  Here's an idea, Intuit. How about managing the cache so these sorts of things don't happen.
