How can I obtain these records?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I'm here to ensure you can obtain the reports you need in QuickBooks Online Payroll.

Do you mean that your deleted account is canceled? If so, you'll still have access to your payroll data until one year after canceling it. You can follow the steps below to access and save copies of your reports from the first quarter of 2023. Here's how: 

1. To access them, go to the Reports menu, then choose Standard.
2. From the search field, Find report by name.
3. Find and select the report you want to view.
4. Filter your Report Period, then select Apply.

To export your reports, tick the Export icon and select Export to Excel. Once done, save the file somewhere you can easily find it, like your downloads folder on your desktop. You can refer to the screenshot below for your visual reference:
