How can I permanently disable the feature that sends me a copy of invoices to my email without having to uncheck the box every time?

In QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), the option to disable the feature that prevents receiving a copy of the invoice is unavailable. However, you can manually uncheck the box whenever you make an invoice.

 

Since you mentioned preventing from receiving a copy of the invoice, this feature is only available in QuickBooks Online (QBO). If you wish to have this, you can check this link to check the prices: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/ph/pricing/#

 

Here's how to switch QBSE to QBO:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then from the Profile column, click Upgrade.
  2. Select Choose a plan on the one you prefer.
  3. Review the changes in features, then select Sounds good.
  4. If you want to copy your data to QuickBooks Online, select Bring my data. If not, select Start FreshNote: If you choose to bring your data, follow the steps to categorize open transactions and mark the paid invoices.
  5. Review the summary of data that you'll move to QuickBooks Online.
  6. Select Continue, then To QuickBooks Online!
  7. Double-check your payment method, then select Change plan. If you need to change your payment method, select Edit.
  8. Answer or confirm ‌a few details about your business to start using QuickBooks Online.
