How can I print all my contractors in intuit payroll?

After trying suggestions and a search online I tried selecting the  "Prepare 1099s" button, then show all Vendors. That brought up my complete of active and inactive vendors which I then copied and pasted into excel. Nothing else worked.

Welcome to the Community, janeen2.

 

You can print all your contractors by running a Vendor Contact List report and printing it.

 

Here's how:

  1. In the left navigation bar, go to Reports.
  2. Enter "Vendor Contact List" in your Find report by name search bar.
  3. Choose Vendor Contact List.
  4. Customize the report as necessary.
  5. When you're ready to print it, select your Print icon.

 

You can also access your contractor list by going to the Payroll menu, then your Contractors tab. From there, you can also use your web browser to print the contractor list.

Thanks Zack but that does not bring up any Vendor Contact List Report. There is nothing. I can see the list if I click on Contractors but just can't print it.
