How can I record a stop payment from a customer?

We'll have to create a credit memo or process a refund to reverse the payment, treasurer-wiscas. I'm here to ensure you can complete this task on time.

 

To enter the credit memo:

 

  1. Open your company and head to the + New menu to select Credit memo.
  2. Choose the customer's name from the Customer dropdown,
  3. Key in the credit memo details and enter a negative amount for the stop payment.
  4. Click the Save and close button.
