Currently, the option to obtain your customers' signatures on your emailed invoices isn't available. For now, I suggest visiting ourapp centerto find a third-party application to allow you to do so. You may also look for apps within QBO. I'll guide you on how.
Log in to your QBO account.
On the left navigation panel, go toApps.
Under theFind Appstab, enter a keyword, or use theBrowse categoriesdropdown to locate an app.
Once you've found an app that best suits your needs, click on it to explore the reviews and pricing details. Then, go ahead and start the signup and installation process. I run a mobile rv repair business. I almost never need a signature. EXCEPT, Extended Warranty Claims. They require a signed invoice. I am having trouble finding ANY suitable app add on in the store so I will likely need to download the invoice, upload it to docusign manually and then send it to the customer. Why oh why quickbooks do you not have such a simple feature, literally a box for drawing, on an invoice. Please work on this.
