How can I run an Actual vs. Budget report that shows January & February actual amounts vs. the total annual budget?

Good day, @treasurer162. Currently, the option to generate an Actual vs. Budget report that shows the actual amount of specified months vs. the total annual budget is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Advanced.

You can, however, click the Export to Excel tab in your generated report for the actual amounts for January and February. Then, re-run the report showing the whole year's total budget. Use this as a reference if you modify your exported report to achieve your goal.

In the meantime, I suggest submitting direct feedback to our Product Development Team to evaluate this function. If they see that this can enhance our users' experience when generating Actual vs Budget reports, they can add this to our future product updates.

Here's how:

1. Click the General Settings tab in the upper right corner beside the Bell icon.
2. Select Feedback from the Profile column.
3. Enter your product suggestions. Then, tick Next to submit.
