How can I see a better view of accounts I am assigning in the category window when entering a bill?

I cannot see the full account type description when trying categorize a bill. I need to see it to make sure I assign the correct category.

I can walk you through how you can see a better view of your account when assigning a category, Lpollock.

 

Please know that if the name of the parent account or description is too long, QuickBooks Online is unable to display the entire information conveniently when logging your bills. I understand this can be inconvenient, and I want to assure you that once you've selected a category, the whole description will be shown. here's how:

 

  1. Go to + New.
  2. Under Vendors, go to Bill.
  3. Add necessary details.
  4. In the Category details, drag the line between the Category and Description.

Hello and thank you for your response! However it's is the window that pops up when I want to choose the correct category that does not show the full account description on the right....It only shows part of it with a '...' No matter how wide I make the field I am working on....
