How can I see which transactions are documented properly with an attachment and which transactions are still in need of an attachment? Is there a report I can pull?

Want to be sure that all transactions are properly documented (with an attachment that represents the supporting source document).  Was hoping I can pull a transaction detail report (for any date range) and add a column that shows an attachment was tagged to a particular transactions.

Hello codyhbarnes!

Excellent question!

Aside from the Attachments area where you can view all the attachments, we also have the option to view which transactions have attachments and which ones don’t.

Here’s how:

  1. On the left Navigation pane, click the Transactions tab.
  2. Select the Sales or the Expenses tab.
  3. Click the table Gear icon and click on Show More dropdown arrow.
  4. Check the box for Attachments to display the attachment column. The column will indicate how many attachments you have for a certain transaction.

I’ve attached a photo for your reference. If you need more help, please let me know.

Stay safe!
