Setting up a user with administrative privilege is easy in QuickBooks, Judith. I'll share the steps to help you finish this task. 

 

You can set them up as a Company admin to perform admin tasks. The only limitation is that they are not allowed to remove the Primary admin's access. Here's how:

 

  1. Select the Manage users by going to the Gear icon located at the upper right corner of the screen.  
  2. Next, click the Add user button and input the user’s name and email address.
  3. Then, pick Company admin in the Roles dropdown.
  4. After that, select Send invitation.
