How can I setup a business that does booth rental and consignment sales?

I have a antique business where people rent booths and sell their own inventory. I charge them a monthly booth rental fee and then reduce their rent due if they sell items (I keep 10% of the sale price).  Can someone give me some insight on the best way to set up this business? I would like invoicing to happen automatically every month.

You ask about consignment in the title, but not in the detail, QB is unsuited for a consignment store, if that is what you are thinking.

As far as the vendor mall, it depends on your organization.  Is each vendor space is run by the vendor on a daily basis, or do they just have a space, put stuff in it, and all sales go through one check out register?

You can create an invoice for rent and schedule it, but that is static, it can not deal with if this amount of sale reduce rent by ...

I’m interested in doing the same type of business. Did you ever receive the answers you’re looking for? If you lived in southeastern Oklahoma, we could put our heads together and own it. I keep getting deadends only because the finances aren’t available to just rent and begin.
